Geneva Riser, 94, of 103 Holy Hill Road, Woodruff SC passed away on April 20, 2022. She was the daughter of the late Coy and Eveline Middleton Scott, she was the wife of the late Wilbert Riser.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Mrs. Riser was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church, Enoree, SC and Women Aid Society#19.

Mrs. Riser also was preceded in death by her son, Hoyt Lee Riser and grandson Joe Anthony Riser, one sister Leila Hughes and two brothers Eddie and Floyd Scott.

Left to cherish loving memories are one brother Jack Scott (Ethel), Woodruff, SC, Four grandchildren reared in the home, Carolyn Evins of Spartanburg, SC, Martha Smith of Woodruff, SC, Teresa Riser of Chesapeake, VA and Zelda Riser of Atlanta, GA; Sister-in-law, Dora Wood;12 Great grand children and 14 Great great grand children; Special friend, Beatrice Hughes and a host of other relatives and friends.                                                                                                                                                              Special thanks to nieces and nephews, near and dear friend Dan McHone and the Turner Family, neighbors Clarence Floyd and Vivian Norman, cousins and friends, Betty Jo Watson, Marilyn Riser Jones, Henrietta Gilliam, Geraldine Cook, Kim Brewton, Martha Woodruff and Doretha Otijele.
