Mr. Bennie Lewis Elmore

Bennie Lewis Elmore, 76, of Woodruff, SC died March 3, 2025 at Spartanburg Medical, Spartanburg, SC.

A native of Spartanburg County and son of the late Oscar Lewis Elmore and Julia Mae Brooks and husband of the late Louise Jackson Elmore.

Survivors include daughter Shalawn Elmore of Greenville, SC and son Andee Payne of Fostoria, Ohio, four sisters Betty Smith of Spartanburg,SC, Dorothy Pitts of Fostoria, Ohio, Suzette Gilchrist of Toledo, Ohio and Eva Mae Elmore, brother, James Brooks of Gulfport, Mississippi.  

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025  at 12 noon at W. J. Gist Memorial Chapel, Woodruf SC; visitation will be 11 am till 11:45 am prior to the funeral service.
