Rev. Dr. Stephen Y. Brown, 61 of 328 Old Timberwood Drive, Woodruff SC, died September 19, 2024 at Spartanburg Medical Center, Spartanburg SC. He was the son of the late Richard Brown Jr and Inell Evergene Brothers Brown and husband of Tresa G.Brown of the home. Other survivors include one son, Stephen Elijah Brown, two daughters Jordyn Sherye Brown and Ayriel McKenzie Brown all of home, one brother Richard Brown III (Debbie) of Summerville, SC, two sisters Sherral Guinyard ( Furman) of Orangeburg SC, and Stephenie McCain (James) of Ladson SC. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 24,2024 at 2 pm at New Bethel Baptist Church,Woodruff, SC, with burial at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens, Woodruff SC. Public viewing will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024 at The WJ Gist Memorial Chapel,Woodruff SC , from 1 till 6 pm.
