Antoine Levar Moates, 43, of 18 Varner Street, died August 21, 2025.
A native of Spartanburg County and son of Edward and Henrietta Moates of Woodruff SC and Lawrence and Lisa Jones of Spartanburg SC.
Other survivors include one daughter Caelan Moates, two sons, Camydrae Moates and Mabe Moates, two sisters, Tania Nicole Moates, Sasha Iman Jones and one brother, Raylann Duvan Moates (Adrienne), six step siblings, Jeremy Miller (Deanna), Sheldon Miller, Edward Miller (Queshia), Chaka Ferguson (Daniel), Brandon Thompson and Annie Thompson-Speas (Nicole), two stepchildren, Jackson Shoemaker and Amber Shoemaker, and a special friend, Amanda Shoemaker.
Funeral services will be held Saturday , August 30, 2025 at 1 pm at New Bethel Baptist Church, Woodruff, SC, public viewing will be held on Friday, August 29,2025 from 1 till 6 pm at The W.J. Gist Memorial Chapel, Woodruff, SC.
