SIMPSONVILLE, SC–Charles E. Ramsey, 63, 17 Kennel Court, died March 6, 2016 at Rainey Hospice House, Anderson, SC. He was the son of the late Charles Ramsey and Magaline Arnold Ramsey and husband of Billie Ann Scott of the home. Other survivors include two sons, Rico Ramsey, Simpsonville, SC and Johnathan Ramsey of Greenville, SC; three sisters, Edna Dogan, Shirley(James) Tate, both of Greenville, SC and Juanita(Willie James) Miller of Simpsonville, SC; two brothers, Robert Ramsey and Johnny Ramsey, both of Greenville, SC. Five grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 1 PM Saturday, March 12, 2016 at W. J Gist Memorial Chapel, Woodruff, SC.
